You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant My Title the rights reasonably needed to host, reproduce, adapt, display, and distribute that content to operate and improve the service, subject to your privacy choices.

Purchases and subscriptions

Prices, billing intervals, taxes, renewal terms, cancellation options, and refund rules presented at checkout form part of the transaction. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Moderation and termination

We may moderate content or restrict access where reasonably necessary to enforce these terms, protect users, secure the service, or comply with law. You may stop using the service at any time.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
