Cointacted (“Cointacted,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the Cointacted website, Social Terminal, software downloads, customer accounts, licensing, documentation, and support services. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use cointacted.com.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide, such as your name, email address, account details, contact-form messages, billing details, order information, license keys and activations, and support communications. We also collect technical information needed to operate and secure the service, including IP address, browser and device details, timestamps, requested pages, cookie identifiers, and security or error logs.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive transaction identifiers, payment status, billing details, and limited payment-method information needed to fulfill orders, manage subscriptions, prevent fraud, issue refunds, and maintain accounting records. We do not store full card numbers.
