SureDash 1.1.0 / Operations

SureDash privacy

Understand protected-content, member, and SureMembers enforcement.

Privacy and permissions

SureDash queries require the current user to be signed in. The adapter uses SureDash's SearchPeopleService for the portal-member role and SearchPostsService for spaces and posts. That service checks suredash_is_post_protected(), SureMembers restrictions, visibility scopes, parent-space protection, and SureDash extension filters.

Social Terminal rejects a command that attempts to execute as a different viewer. Returned records contain presentation-safe names, summaries, metadata, and native URLs; they exclude email addresses, access-group internals, private content, credentials, and raw database data.

Test visibility with an administrator and at least two members with different SureMembers grants before launch.
