SureDash 1.5.1 / Guides
Gamification portal screen
Publish rewards through SureDash's supported custom-screen API.
Gamification activity capture covers posts created through both SureDash's member submission flow and its native administrator space editor. Reward-history links keep the SureDash WordPress post identity and resolve the current accessible permalink when viewed.
Native activity links
With the Cointacted SureDash adapter's Pro entitlement and Gamification Pro active, native post, comment, and like activity can drive ordinary Gamification rules. Reward history stores the SureDash WordPress object identity rather than a /portal/ route. On every view, the adapter asks WordPress for the current permalink and asks SureDash to apply its current visibility, membership, and protected-content rules. Deleted or inaccessible content is not exposed through an old saved URL.
Cointacted SureDash Pro can publish Gamification Pro data inside the native SureDash portal. SureDash 1.11 does not expose a supported third-party member-profile tab filter, so the adapter does not rewrite or inject markup into the member profile. It uses SureDash's public custom-screen registry and a managed native SureDash link space instead.
- Activate SureDash, Gamification, and the SureDash adapter with both Pro entitlements connected.
- Open Cointacted → Gamification → Display.
- Enable member profile surfaces, choose the audience, and select the reward sections in their desired order.
- Visit any WordPress administration page once after connecting Pro access. The adapter creates or refreshes one managed Gamification space.
- Visit the SureDash portal and choose Gamification from its native sidebar or responsive navigation.
The selected reward sections share one stable native portal destination at /portal/cointacted-gamification/, and each has an independently linkable ctg_view address. The adapter maps that clean URL into SureDash's supported custom-screen query internally. Choosing the combined profile layout publishes one composed Rewards view; choosing separate sections publishes Rewards, Balances, Achievements, Ranks, Quests, and Streaks navigation in the configured order.
Once the screen is open, button-based section controls change panels in place without handing navigation to the SureDash router or reloading the document. Adapter-scoped colors keep the controls and tables aligned with the active SureDash palette. The URL and browser history update so refresh, Back, Forward, and copied links preserve the selected section. The browser and native portal title use the administrator's configured destination name, and the native title bar is the page's single visible heading. The managed space uses SureDash's own space ordering and responsive navigation. It returns to draft and publishes no data when either Pro entitlement is unavailable.
