Troubleshooting
If the status page says SureDash is missing or too old, update SureDash to a release that provides its native people and posts search services. If a command requests sign-in, test from a real portal-member session rather than an anonymous cached page.
Empty results can be correct when SureMembers or a SureDash visibility scope protects every matching item. Compare native SureDash search as the same member. Clear page, object, and REST caches after changing access grants. suredash-online is intentionally unavailable until SureDash exposes a reliable permission-aware presence service.
