Troubleshoot Blockchain Core

No wallet is available

Install and activate a compatible provider package. Core does not bundle a wallet. Confirm the reviewed surface loads the public Wallet Session facade.

Network is unavailable

Enable the target under Blockchain → Networks, use the exact CAIP-2 identifier, and confirm the active provider supports that ecosystem and chain.

Contract or schema validation fails

Compare the registry ID, chain, canonical address, method signature, read/write mode, ordered types, capability, status, and installed contributor. A near match is intentionally rejected.

Journal does not save

Verify site availability, a signed-in owner, REST nonce, current user consent, and retention state. The journal never records guests.

Wallet appears connected on a fresh page

Update Core and provider packages, clear the provider’s site session, and retest in a clean browser. Fresh documents must wait for explicit visitor action.

Before enabling writes, test rejection, cancellation, expiry, account and chain changes, receipt confirmation, provider uncertainty, replacement, and possible reorganization behavior on the correct test network.
