MARKETPLACE RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.

The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

  • Seller is referred to as an individual or any legal entity who lists, advertises, exhibits, offers to sell, make available, market, sell and deliver any Products through the Website to the Buyer (referred to as “Seller”)
  • You mean the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to JSC Musu medijos located at Žvaigždynų g. 7, Leliu k., Klaipedos r., 91277, Lithuania
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Cointacted, accessible from https://cointacted.com/.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Seller.

RETURN POLICY FOR ORDERS

  • This Policy ensures an assured seller refund / replacement to you on specific products when you return / seek replacement. You shall also be eligible for a refund upon successful cancellation of the product prior to delivery.
  • The product is returned in proper packaging with no damage, scratches, or dents.
  • The product is unused and in the same condition as it was at the time of receipt (with no sign of installation)
  • The products will be eligible for return / refund / replacement if specifically provided for in the Product detail Page.
  • Before accepting delivery of any Product, the Buyer shall reasonably ensure that the Product’s packaging is not damaged or tampered.
  • The return process of a Product may be subject to additional terms depending on the nature and category of the Product. Any such additional terms may be specified on the Website or be intimated by the Seller at the time of purchase of the Product.
  • In the event the return of a Product is duly accepted by Seller, the value of such Product, as originally paid by Buyer during acceptance of Product, will either be refunded to Buyer either to the paypal account provided by the Buyer for such refund, or to the payment instrument of the Buyer from which payment was made.. Company shall have the sole discretion to determine the mode of reversal from the above options.

RULES FOR ACCEPTING SHIPMENTS

Before accepting shipment of any product, kindly ensure that the product’s packaging is not damaged or tampered. If the package is damaged or tampered, we request you to refuse delivery. We assure refund upon such refused delivery or non-delivery. If in case you choose to accept the product, you shall do it at your own risk.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

  • Some products are bound by the brand’s specific policies regarding repair, replacement and returns. These policies are binding on you.
  • You expressly acknowledge that the Seller selling the defective product will be solely responsible to you for any claims that you may have in relation to such defective product and the Company shall not in any manner be held liable for the same.

REPEATED RETURN REQUESTS

  • We reserve the right to impose such charges as is necessary to reimburse the expense of delivery and pick-up if we observe that you have a transactional history of repeated returns.
  • We also reserve a right to make the products ineligible for return or refund or replacement, if we observe a transactional history of repeated returns.
  • The liability and risk of such returns shall be on you to establish your claim for return. Refunds for returned products or replacement shall only be initiated if they pass through conditions mentioned above. If the product received fails to pass through the verification and checks, the product shall be shipped back to you, for which you shall have to bear the expense.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the address provided to you by the seller. We strongly recommend the buyer to communicate with the seller using the live chat feature of the website to rule out any possibility of wrong shipping details.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Key Points:

  • We recommend taking photos of packages received and shooting an unpacking video of the product. In case of any problem with the product, share it with the seller.
  • In case of a return, do make a video while repacking the parts.
  • While returning the package, the customer should make sure that the parts are repacked properly to ensure it doesn’t get damaged in transit.
